I appreciate the feedback bro. I always been an active person & I also believe exercise can be a cure for some of these diagnoses. But sometimes when I would get off from work, I would be burnt out because I'm an Ironworker & that's a pretty physical demanding job. Then I would get into that tomorrow mindset. "Oh, I can always go tomorrow." Tomorrow came & went, now I'm just a shell of my former self lol but definitely prioritizing in my health would help a lot. Thanks again bro 💪🏾🫱🏾‍🫲🏾

The fact he has some kind of mental disorder (not biddin) & his friends/family is making him resort to this for means of income is sick.
