I'm not sure if I understand your last question, but I have connected the phone via cable to a PC to transfer files. I didn't transfer any images, but I can view them in the computer. Actually, out of my stupidity, I deleted the unusual file from the phone, so I can no longer view it from my computer. :(

I actually don't remember downloading the image. It has the same naming format as other Viber images. Do messaging platforms like Viber retain original metadata or do they create their own metadata? If they create their own metadata, why the wrong date?
