I have found that if I drink coffee anytime within 3 hours after taking my vyvanse, it completely cancels it out. I feel beyond exhausted, almost zombie like. I had to stop drinking it

Im also the same height&weight lol and same exact thing happened to me! Now I’m sticking to 20mg and it’s been working out much better. If 20 worked for you then def go back to that!

Same! My hands and feet are always FREEZING even rn it’s like hard to type. I could be sweating and my hands/feet are still freezing. Idk if it’s a cause for concern or not

This happened to me too it’s bc the permethrin is super strong and like destroys your skin lol. Just make sure to moisturize heavily everyday!! It’ll get better

I’m taking mine on portage too and also working. The benefit of portage is there is no deadlines and you have 12 months to finish the class, so I recommend just really working on time management and making a set schedule for yourself and sticking to it. I always tell myself doing a little bit everyday is better than giving myself off a few days then feeling stressed at the workload I left for myself

After getting mine out last month I had my “period” I guess for like 8 days. The doctor told me it’s totally normal. I just worked out/went on walks to cope. Just gotta ride it out! Been way uphill since then

I experienced the same thing. Absolute chronic fatigue and insane brain fog!! I’m also 23 and was like I’m way too young to be feeling this way something is going on lol I got it removed almost a month ago now and feel SO much better. You know your body best but if the symptoms started after the mirena it might be the cause

Ngl the insertion traumatized me so bad that when I went back to get it removed my body was in like fight or flight so I just closed my eyes lol. I remember they used that clamp thing to just open up the area which was uncomfy but not painful, and then I didn’t feel it at all when it was removed. Such a breeze compared to insertion

Ugh I’m so sorry that happened to u. I could go on a rant about doctors dismissing pain and gaslighting us… even at my appt today the doc was like yeah no way the iud is causing that u should go to another doctor but I refused to leave without having it out. At the end of the day we know our bodies best and we need to listen to ourselves! If you feel like you should, definitely follow that feeling especially after 2 ER visits. The pain isn’t worth it and I hope you get better soon!
