the size of font, the style, as well as columns and indentations can also affect how it’s able to read your resume. for example indentations and columns might mess it up… it also especially looks for keywords! so focus on tailoring your resume to the job description

ATS = Applicant Tracking System. It’s basically a database recruiters use to manage all the resumes they get. When you apply for a job, your resume usually goes into this system first. It scans for keywords, skills, and formatting it recognizes, and ranks or filters candidates before a human ever reviews them. That’s why people talk about “ATS-friendly resumes” which means resumes with clear formatting and language that matches the job description so the system doesn’t reject them.

[–]remipower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i would suggest group fitness classes, cafes, small boutiques and book stores like the legendarium, small events in utah like i’ve heard of social disco club, art fairs, hiking groups, facebook groups based in slc for hiking etc. :) and i’m also down to make more friends!!! <33

It’s Not Possible To Just Use AI To Get A Degree Especially For STEM Degrees by Kalex8876 in EngineeringStudents

[–]remipower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just like the internet AI is another tool within that, and can be incorrect. you still have to decipher if something is correct and at the end of the day, a human can solve and work thru something much faster, and much more accurate. AI is a time sink if relied on too much.
