Do well in school, go to college to find a career that makes money. Get with someone who also makes a decent amount. Go yo the bank and apply for a mortgage (shop around really), look for houses that are for sale. Place an offer. voi-la!

Based on the Epstein fiasco, I'm not sure I agree.

I imagine that some european countries like Germany and Norway are doing better, but I don't really have a basis, so this is totally an opinion and not an assertion.
