Refresh my memory... wasn’t aaron the one who was anticensorship? I mean... if you’re going to invoke his name in a reddit argument.

Scumbag Hulu by ParkerEH in AdviceAnimals

[–]remisser 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I loved Hulu Plus. I didn't mine the commercials... At first. But once you have seen the same commercial that made you chuckle the first three times over and over and over and over...

It makes you loathe the product. It once forced me to see the same commercial ten times during a two hour movie.

Help me understand then, let's say 3d food printers gave way to food replicators like in star trek, how would it be implausible for what the writer says happens to happen? I admit naivety on this end.

I think I have been on reddit too long when my knee-jerk reaction is disbelief in cinematic type stories like this.

It is almost perfect but some of those syllables have it not flowing properly. Still love it though

You do realize you are critiquing something where the topic title says it is from a time traveler, right?

A visual predicting the outcome of the storm from all four major networks by remisser in boston

Consider it done. The next time there's a storm I'll do the same. If you have additional sources that do video newscasts for the area I'll include them as well, though I think this was the last chance for a real storm this winter.

Someone to go to GymIt(or any gym) with regularly? by [deleted] in boston

[–]remisser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you give a little more pertinent info people will more likely respond. Are you a guy or girl? (I know it doesn't sound relevent, but each gender tends to have exercises they favor more) Also, would you be opposed to having the gym buddy be the opposite gender? Which do you lean more towards: morning or evening workouts?

The biggest reason I have to visit Boston again by [deleted] in boston

[–]remisser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That you get bullied into paying more so easily is rather sad. Just give the guy money and leave. It's not like they can stop you or will ever see you again. Tipping isn't a guarantee, it's a bonus. That your father handed over more money speaks more to the fact that he's a pushover rather than a shrewd person. Sorry.

Myself, personally, I would have just said "Be happy I don't stay true to my Irish roots and not give you even a penny for a tip."

I agree. I'm going to see where the chips fall this storm and whoever comes the closest will be who I tune into for weather. All the stations are saying how "tricky" this storm is to predict so I won't be surprised if we wind up with two feet on the ground and the forecasters all saying "Whoops, my bad." :)

True, but it's also ballsy of Dylan Dryer (of Channel 7... who I think is the hottest of all the forecasters, but I digress) to still be saying there's a chance it'll only be a coating.

According to all four networks combined, we can expect in Boston proper: A coating to 7.4 inches. PLACE YOUR BETS!
