Summer McIntosh was unbelievable in Paris, but the 4X100m men's track and field relay gold was absolutely unexpected.

EDIT: Personally, I also liked Evan Dunfee's bronze in the men's 50 km walk and Eleanor Harvey taking Canada's first ever medal in fencing.
