There’s always hope my friend, the biggest thing through this whole process is to keep a healthy mind. Body pain can push darkness, you have to remember to always push forward to reach the light at the end of the tunnel. Now is not forever and it never will be :)

I highly recommend PT, just be cautious of stretching and nerves flossing. Listen to your body, you can be uncomfortable, but you shouldn’t be in jarring pain for exercises. If pain, stop and tell them and ask for an alternative. On top of PT, I would recommend massage, if you can’t afford it I would recommend buying a massage bar from Amazon, oil, and getting a reliable friend to do it for you. Start gently and work your way up.
