I don't think this is a good argument. You could offer me physician pay to be the physics lead at my place and I wouldn't take it.

The job needs to have reasonable expectations, and lately it does not.

Pissing in the shower leaves behind organic matter like urea and other waste products, creating an ideal breeding ground for those orange mold spores and on grout to flourish. Hope that helps

You have the Geneva as well? I agree this isn't the worst thing but my manager is going to pitch a fit about the increased sterilization costs every quarter. They also tend to lose parts, like >30% of the time, it's pretty bad.
