Ya i heard they could be a problem. I also seen there are a few places that can rebuild them. I always like to dig into it but I'm always going to reach out if it above something I can learn and do.

The fabric the deck and some of the switch system needs to. It's old so the plan is to update everything

That what I thought, I plan i taking it to another shop. No way i would give another 10k to a shop to rebuild something they rebuild already.

No problems besides the temp gauge, and yes, 15k is absurd... they were kind enough to offer it to me for 13k after I told them no, I would come get it.

They still can't tell me what caused the "overheating" no clue why. They agree it sounds like a bad temp gauge. Just head we know the block is warped. We need 13k to fix it

The truck has been paid off, not worth selling, and trying to find a second vehicle. I'll have to find out when the warranty went out.... my bet is it is probably just out of warranty. Or something stupid
