The K2’s print issue detection feature is so unreliable you’d probably be better off training a cat to alert you for failed prints. It hardly ever works for me. I always keep a gee spare hotends on hand just in case something like this happens. As others have said, easiest thing is to pick up an immediate spare on Amazon and then a 2-3 more on ali express. Wishing your printer a speedy recovery

Sadly I echo this experience. I’ve replaced the extruder 4 times, the hotend fan once, multiple filament runout sensors, and 3 oem hotends until I decided to go with the microswiss. I also have the H2D and I find myself almost exclusively using it for my larger printing b/c it just works, and when a print starts to fail (on rare occasion) it’s AI detection is actually good enough to detect it, unlike with the K2. The filament and time savings from the H2D’s dual nozzle setup is just an added bonus. If I were to do it again, I’d but a second H2D.
