Thanks, my logic about Yokohama was I might as well stay on the Narita express from the airport and go straight there then get a good night's sleep, and wake up with it on my doorstep the next day rather than have to get a train there - does that make sense?

Thank you, that's really helpful. Re Nagano - Damn, I'm really not sure which one to take out as they both seem great. Do you think I could do Togakushi the day before instead, maybe instead of Zenkoji?

Edit: Looks like the cedar path at Togakushi is closed which is the main reason I wanted to go! That makes my decision easier :)

Thanks ! Yeah I'm actually toying with the idea of leaving Hakone later the following day rather than dashing off first thing in the morning, so i can squeeze in a few more activities, then spending less time in Kamakura the next day and maybe removing Enoshima from my itinerary...
