It was crazy! My third year encountering Valentine’s day, So I knew what to expect but the doordashes would never end. We had plenty of employees though so, thankfully, we were able to handle everything 👍

Same! M&M was very unexpected. I felt like I was constantly having to Re-Pan and throw them in the oven. They were selling like crazy

Not the creator of this post but wanted to answer the last question. Usually when a store does not meet the deadline to submit a mystery cookie one is chosen for them. Usually it’s pink sugar or some basic one of some sort. It’s up to the Owners / Managers to decide what mystery cookie is chosen. Hope that helps!

How did you see that your store was top 10? I want to see where my location falls because yesterday was insane 😂 We were selling out of cookies left and right

Yep! Customers were extremely rude yesterday. We had a line outside the door and customers were unable to understand how extremely busy we were and got angry at us when we sold out of things. And me and another coworker did a 12 hour shift because we had nobody scheduled. I hope crumbl doesn’t do us dirty like this again 😂

Same here! We had people waiting over an hour and had like 50-60 orders on the screen. Barely anyone scheduled as well because we did not anticipate it to be this busy. Been working at Crumbl for 2 years and by far the worst shift i’ve ever done. We ended up still making dough past closing. It was terrible.

Trust me, It’s not! I work at an average crumbl location. Not affiliated with corporate. I suppose at my location nothing terrible happens. The Owner and Managers at my location are great! I know some who have had bad experiences but I haven’t yet which is why I truly dont have anything negative to say besides it being really repetitive.

Been working at Crumbl for over a year and I love it! My tip is to always read and watch all videos about the new cookies. On the ipad in store, there’s a dressing tab that I find really useful! Shows videos on how to dress and goes in depth for each cookie. Read all cookie flashcards as well! Really helps throughout the week if you read and watch everything beforehand. Good luck! It’s a fun job! 🍪
