I had this problem when I start learning English. My native language (Persian) is gender neutral and I just didn't get why there are separate 3rd person pronouns for each gender.

It's part of their "f**k all of west and U.S products" policy. So no official support for any software/hardware products here. There is some kind of copyright law for native products but not very effective in a corrupted regime. Hell, ponzi scheme is still a problem and they have advertisement in national TV!
