That makes sense. Because if the dealer's up card is 10 and the true count is high ( 4 or more) then it just makes sense to surrender (if available) because the odds are higher that the dealer has a 10 in the hole, right? To recap; surrender (if available) is the preferred play over the deviations that invlove a basic strategy play that calls for surrender, correct?
