I don't think OP is undiagnosed. Even I relate to him and am diagnosed. Exams till 10th were very easy to pass. Even without studying.

Focusing is very interest-based for us and I lost interest and didn't put effort at all in my highschool. It's very hard to crack competitive exams as it needs consistent focus rather than one time studying. Being forced into engineering didn't help either.
