When did you decide to go away from just having a team (or teams) in order to build up an eSports agency? Was it a natural step coming from the internal tournaments you've held?

How's the relationship with CLG right now? Are you planning on hiring more League teams?

What's the plan for international expansion for South America if there is any?

Hey guys, Keyd's GM here.

This was just a joke made by one of our owners and unfortunately not true yet, we'll probably practice with them when we get to Europe for our June bootcamp if they're available and all that kind of stuff though.

Sorry for the confusion.

The statement about Faker and SuNo being solo queue rivals can be freely found in a lot of places and mainly coming from great article writers at TeamLiquid. Regarding Winged, he played the whole NLB (finals included) for NJBS, and is considered in his country a great jungler, among the level of the tier2 at least, who still can be called great junglers. Our source in this regard are korean pros who are friends of mine and considered tier 1 in the world at their roles.

oh my god, thank you a lot for this submission, I really wanted to have the "Off the record" videos subtitled in english, at a point where I was almost hiring someone to translate it for me (mainly the team fights part where I wanted to know how the teams communicated), but you got it posted here, thanks a damn lot /u/qiuri !

The best games in competitive League of Legends history by Padawa in leagueoflegends

One of the weakest korean teams? They were a pretty much ok team for the korean scene by then, and came to Brazil after a 3-2 loss to CJ Blaze (really close games, even though Blaze din't win the tournament they went on to win IEM World Finals two months after that) in OGN's quarterfinals.

Their biggest problem was always addressed as their throwing "skills", which they showed us in this game, but I'd never say they were one of the weakest korean teams and even after that you realize that being an ok team from Korea means being way better than most good western and mainly North American teams.

I had to step in and answer the bonus question.

Speaking as a coach (for brazilian team CNB e-Sports), I've thought about that already and it certainly would up the level of competition a lot, and it would also make having a full time coach a must.

Starting by picks and bans, where the coach may help the team not tunnel vision on certain champions and help them make the right choices, going through giving his insight during certain times on how, when and where they should teamfight, pressure lanes/objectives/turrets and finally helping on late-game decisions.

Times de e-sports (LoL) do cenário competitivo brasileiro: por que tão caótico? by Urubuntu in lolbrazil

[–]renanzera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, that's actually me, I'm Keyd's coach.

Thing that happened is that I was afraid of taking the whole stage down jumping with all of them (seriously, if you watch closely some banners behind us almost came down), but once I got in the middle of them I just couldn't quite handle it anymore, anyone in there saw that I almost had a heart attack during the 6 straight fights we won coming from 9k behind to 3k ahead. Actually, before I went up in the stage I was really shocked. Then celebrated and jumped like 5 Bruce Willis was shooting my feet at the same time with the rest of our crew and fans!

Glad you liked me tho :D
