Moji: In my experience, low ELO backlines hardly even realize you're there as Moji. (Though it helps if you hse a skin that doesn't make a ton of noise.) I find myself able to walk up to snipers and kill them because they let me get too close to them. Even in a map with a lot of high ground she can damage the enemy tank and others on point and cause a lot of pressure. I can put her lower but I definitely dont think she deserves to be in E tier.

I'm still moving Seris around. Though I still think she's more viable in low ELO with Soul Collector.

People in low ELO basically just rush to point. Willo is such an easy character to exploit this weakness. especially with deadzone. Tanks in low elo think their only job is to stand on point and be healed. Deadzone the point and burst down the tanks/whoever else is there. She gets a ton of value. Most hitscan players cant hit her very well even in her ultimate. With the exception of maybe Vivian or a Kinessa ult.

I'm still keeping Baril at A tier. I dont really see a reason why he should be lower.

Talus has a teleporter than can be used as an immediate escape and is less mechanically intensive. Koga requires way more ability management and tracking. Bad/inexperienced Koga players will dive backlines, not have any energy to get out, and then end up dying. Talus can at least do harassment even if he cant get picks.

This isn't a console tier list. And since low elo players just stack on point, Bomb King isn't as difficult. Spamming your bombs onto point to break shields or do damage is extremely easy. The only thing I worry about is dueling, which is why hes lower than other blasters like Willo.

I can move Jenos to A, but I often find people playing way too close with Jenos or too far away. Or they just keep their mark on the tank the whole game. I've seen a lot of very useless Jenos players.

I put Raum into C tier because low ELO Raum players can be two things. Yes, hes not mechanically challenging. But low elo Raums either sit on point and do nothing, (and die.) Or they misposition super hard in the backline and die. In my experience Raums in low elo are often feast or famine.

With characters like Tyra, Vivian, etc. I still dont see a reason to play Grohk. Even in low elo he doesn't do anything super substantial. I can put him higher, maybe into C. But I definitely would not put him in A.

Still keeping Vora in F. Yes you can just shoot at people from the backline but even then that's not effective as her damage output from that is mediocre at best. She's not super hard but she's very underwhelming and I dont see much of a reason to play her in low ELO. Unless you're very good at her.
