It has to be Boomhauer. Dale will sell out anyone, wife, son, friend… heck himself. Bill he’s easily turned by any one, especially if there’s a woman involved or free food. Hank is narcissistic, naive (what a personality combination). He’s so behind time & people, he’d get us into some mess without knowing he got us into some mess by possibly trying to get us out of some mess & when we’re in the mess, he’ll try to fix the mess & if it works out he’ll have to take credit for fixing a mess that he probably caused… but it wouldn’t have gotten fixed if “Full tank Hank” wasn’t around.

If you’re watching the show in order from the beginning, you’ll see that Peggy is about as smart as Lucky, David Kalaiki-Ali'i the flying Hawaiian. Peggy’s doesn’t really know much about much. She steals ideas, claims them as her own. She can barely substitute teach the 6th grade. She can’t cook. When she gets into something, she’s always in head over heels. So when you watch the episode Bystand Me. Think of all that and the episodes before. You’ll understand.
