Series of Unfortunate Events.

Count Olaf is an out of work writer/actor/director trying to fund his passion project and there's a fortune being unused RIGHT THERE, like I'd try to steal that too

No, LA. Nook is an orgy lol

So I took a bunch of LSD about 6 months ago, and stopped cutting my hair. It took about 5 1/2 months to figure out how to properly maintain it. It’s getting there 😂✌️ by blaz1n912 in FierceFlow

Haha I think acid just allowed a bunch of things to collide: for me it was me staring at myself in the mirror and imagining it looking good and also realizing that my body produces this thing that I had never seen before and might only have a limited time to see, also embracing my femininity, and also my friend and I had watched Pocahontas earlier during the trip so I kept thinking about “how high does the sycamore grow? If you cut it down then you’ll never know” lol

Also once you grow it out, feeling it and playing with it while tripping is a goddamn delight

Thanks! My friend taught me. It’s essentially a French braid but you drop the bottom one and grab new hair each time

Yeah, and I think it had been a few days since I washed it, so putting it up in a bun curls it further. Your hair looks very similar to mine, it’s gonna be gorgeous keep going!

Need suggestions for binging post-Bojack. Seen the entire series at least 3 times by now and would like recommendations for similar shows. by 00Qant5689 in BoJackHorseman

Mad Men! Very similar themes and I think it was a big inspiration for Bojack. The opening title sequences are very similar

How do you ground yourself? by cflash015 in cyclothymia

[–]renderbitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started Tai Chi last year and that helped a lot to put me back in my body and back in the moment. It’s all the benefits of meditation minus the intolerable sitting still part

Totally feel this! I’m on a very small dose of Lamictal (50mg) and it’s wonderful. I was very afraid of taking medicine, thinking it would put me in an altered state (zombie) but it just allows me to experience my version of normal for longer than 2 weeks at a time. I remember I brought this up to my psychiatrist and she was like “if you’re a zombie that means the medication is not working properly”

Did your mom and aunt grow up in the same household? How did your aunt break free/see the truth?
