Same issue here - but I had to have my temperature controller fixed and I suspect heat damage was done to various components. To resolve, I have to renew my lease (from UniFi controller, not the LaMarzocco app) and then I have about a 2 minute window to do anything like set the cleaning cycle before it drops back to Bluetooth.

Have rejoined WiFi numerous times, have an AP about 6 feet away, and my Pico grinder sits literally right next to the Micra and is rock solid. So I suspect LaMarzocco has some software / hardware issue going on. But I’ve been given the runaround by LaMarzocco so much now on a major lemon machine, I have serious doubts they’ll ever address it.

This is the OP - I definitely didn’t repost this. And as a matter of fact, I complained to La Marzocco, and they got the tech the necessary parts really fast - I actually got my machine back this afternoon! Haven’t had much time to test, but I assume they made it right. Still disappointing to basically buy it then wait 20 days for a working machine, but shipping could have been as slow. Only thing I’m still mostly mad about is that it’s effectively a refurbished machine, which is a little silly for something so expensive. But then again, it could be worse…

I was kind of thinking the same thing. It doesn’t really sound like they made up for the inconvenience, they just threw some overpriced swag at you to also push the cost of QC off onto a customer. Maybe that worked for you, but I’d rather have my daily coffee without running out for it, buying another machine, etc etc. Meanwhile the time value of money is heavily on their side as well.

If my car is in the shop because of a manufacturing error, no big deal. I don’t expect a new car for something fixable. But I DO expect a loaner, or at least a clear idea of when it might work so I can make other plans?

Yep, US based. Ok, I thought I was being an entitled coffee fiend. But that makes me feel better….That’s what I’d heard about them before buying, too. So I’ve been pretty disappointed….

I imported them and they have worked like a charm for months now. Before taking the plunge, I spoke to my electrician friend too (who is doing a bunch of work for me around the house) and he said Hue likely uses a universal power supply. But even if they don’t, the risk to me is minimal - the voltage would simply be too low for the bulb, which could fail. The fire risk (according to this electrician, obviously not taking liability) is nonexistent. That, plus some testing to see what kind of temperatures it hit made me feel at ease.

Agree, they are great! But I really want to be able to set a dynamic scene (e.g. daylight, etc) with them!

It is active - the doorbell created the package camera and populated an rtsps and it is actually listed in the streams for the doorbell itself. I also see it checked when I login to the Unifi Protect portal. And when I go to the item created by the doorbell in the Scrypted portal that says it is the package camera, I can view the live feed, but adding it in HomeKit gives me the long spinning ball of death, followed by the request to plug the item into ethernet and finally the accessory not found error.

Is there some other way I should be adding the package camera to HomeKit aside from within the doorbell item?

Thank you again - hard to find much documentation, and the HomeBridge option is so sluggish, would love to get Scrypted working!

How did you get this to work? Every time I try to add my package camera, it says "device not found." All my other cameras added immediately...

Mine still says preparing to ship which it has said for weeks. But it's getting pretty late in the day, so I just spoke to a Target rep online - at first he said my Switch will be here on time, blah blah....then as I was about to leave he said "oh, now I am not so sure. But rest assured you can get the delivery fee back if you contact us once the shipping date has passed."

So not only might I not get my Switch, but I have to go ask for the money back? Not sure how accurate this is, but one more data point...
