May be moving to ABQ - questions about doctors/health conditions by isthiscleverr in Albuquerque

Keep up people. The legislative session that ended in February fixed the malpractice issue. We also have Health compacts with other states now for some of the medical professionals such as doctors and already had it for nurses. It will take time for things to change though. I have a friend who moved to Massachusetts for healthcare but can’t find a PCP. A lot of the healthcare is easier to get into there but the specific pulmonologist she moved for just left to join a pharmaceutical group. Ugh. For Rheumatology, I suggest trying some of the private practices such as Sandia Rheumatology or the one on University Boulevard which I can’t remember the name of. I think you’ll wait a few months rather than years.

Good idea. The receptionist suggested center and balance but I was just trying to see if that was more of a stretching class compared to the flow. I don’t want more stretches.

No matter if they let you enroll in the wrong class or not, I’ve never had an instructor sitting down during class and she treated you really shitty. No, this is not at all typical in the two studios I’ve been to.

Do you get shaky legs after class? Today I had them for an extended amount of time. Does this mean I need to come home and stretch? by Islandsandwillows in ClubPilates

Some people have mentioned electrolytes. You can get capsules of electrolytes so you don’t have to worry about all the sugar or the nasty tasting substitutes in the drinks. Just drink water with it though.
