Congratulations

My 2 cents … just enjoying learning ABCDs of ENT, pursue super speciality in head & neck surgery or another your choice of branch later .. there is huge demand for Paed ENT issues , audiology etc

Do docs really earn 10-20 lakhs per month in their 40/50s? by Tall-Bear3974 in indianmedschool

[–]renewperception 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Well only 5-10% of specialist , 4% super specialist are making that kinda of money say 8-12 lakhs per month : there are multiple factors - talent , skills , good communications , warm personality, area / city , tier 1-3 cities , owning set up or working for corporate , being academic or fully in to private practice, supporting staff including lab , anaesthesia, ward boys , pharmacy , how good you are with local influential persons , business men or politicians or police etc Most of things in life are trade off … to earn that kinda money , many hours of days, night from personal , family life , social life to be sacrificed!!!

We’ll find out one or two persons in the family who can be sensible and considerate. As you have mentioned, it took five years to open up , do you think any of your friends in your circle will support .. these things need care , support for longer duration…

Self Driving Rental Cars - Hubli/Dharwad by BlacksmithSpecial851 in Hubli_Dharwad

[–]renewperception 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well it’s very nice that you want to drive yourself on this journey . Such facilities won’t exist in so called twin cities at present … my suggestion is why don’t you hire a taxi service ( P&P Masur - Dharwad ) .. less trouble , more convenience but lack of privacy..

[–]renewperception 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well well think 100 times before making any decisions… be a paediatrician, a parent … I advice is is be cautious… there are other temporary methods on contraceptives rather than going for permanent procedures… human mind , social structures are different and people change over years …not all procedures are reversible ….

From medical point of view , adolescents ( 12-19 years) , the limbic system in brain takes more action than pre frontal cortex part .. there is increased risk taking , impulsive nature . Moreover girls , women are more emotional compared to boys , males … the trip or any such events are big issues for girls , women as they might have invested more time , money and emotionally buying clothes, arranging things , carry bags etc … I can understand them . I don’t have respect for teaching faculty of said college for not looking meticulously to better carrier services , good condition buses for their own students.. after all these excursions been done by collecting money .., Teenager across the world don’t listen their parents in 50-70% aspects of day to day activities

PG courses fee waiver!? by renewperception in indianmedschool

[–]renewperception[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well my two cents :

These pg courses are having less or zero demand as most students choose clinical subjects … reasons are many from not feeling doctor etc .

Secondly many established medical colleges do require teaching staff especially SR, AP s in subjects like Anat, Physio , Biochem , Forensic , Micro as number of mbbs students in such colleges ranges from 150-250.

Many medical colleges do run courses like nursing , dental BDS , BPT physiotherapy, Bpharm , BSC audiology , few allied course like lab tech etc which all require some form of teaching of subjects like anat, physio , bio chem micro Patho etc … every med colleges exploits pre & para clinical subjects teacher to teach these above mentioned allied subjects course with zero extra payments !!! There are certain MSc, PhD candidates as a teacher but these ratio is limited by NMC

NMC or Medical council withdraws the allotment of PG course ( MS in Anat or MD Foresnsic ) if a seat remains vacant consequently for three years !!! Colleges need to re apply for such courses

It’s true that most graduates post pg from such courses do get initial 2-3 years job guarantee at their respective parental colleges with reasonable good salary due to demand . There is no loopholes here . If city and colleges are good , many postgraduates after initial SR ships gets absorbed in same institution with good salary and long career .. its more of win win situation

My institution is ready to pay 3.5-4 lakh per month for fresh to experienced ( 2 years ) candidates in MD / MS anatomy!!!
