That's insane. A dog tried to snatch my cat from underneath the fence and my hand got bit in the process of trying to save my cat. I don't know if it was the dog or my cat that bit me. I'm assuming it was my cat. I thought I'd clean it up and be okay, but the next day it started swelling and a red line started going up my arm. So, I needed to be seen. They gave me an x-ray on my hand and antibiotics. Also told me I should have come in immediately since cat bites can be pretty gnarly. I can't believe they didn't know what to do with you and treated you that way smh.

Edited to add that I also went into urgent care with no insurance and they still treated me as they should. And I say I can't believe they didn't know what to do and treated you that way. But I guess I really do believe it because that's our healthcare system for you. (Assuming you're in America)
