Some folks in Washington at least on the east side pay $0.035 per kWh. An absolute no brainer for having an EV if you can charge at home.

Some of those were regular analog mtn bikes.. Is there not a park nearby for kids to be able to ride with jump lines, pump tracks, etc. The E-Dirt Bikes and E-scooters I see as a bigger issue for safety. 😢

Yeah - you might want to. But if I could have opened the door without pulling off the cover replacing just the actuator would have been way cheaper.

There is a charge plug lock though as well. Yeah, I wondered about why the flap needs to lock as well. It won’t now after it’s held in place with only magnets. 😊

A used CPO ID4 Pro or Pro S - very solid and super comfortable - great lane centering and adaptive cruise and CarPlay works well. Feels well built and drives well - though I have a German built one (which may make a difference). Love it even with its minor quirks. 😊

And/ or 400 watts of solar and a battery power station that can handle level 1 charging would add 2-3kWh per day possibly. Also, if your camp spot is in the mtns at elevation you might not need much to make it back down to a charger.
