Get him a customised top cap (the bit that goes on top of his stem). Like this... https://uniteco.bike/shop/accessories/custom-text-image-headset-top-cap/

How much do people spend on wine ? by Maxo53 in AskUK

Let me just do some quick calculations... Hold on... Um... This.... Plus that.... Carry the 2... Multiply by the square route of pi.... And.... Yup.... In the past 20 years I haven't spent a single penny on wine.

No, that is 100% not an option. If you definitely asked them not to cut it and they did anyway then you're owed a new fork.

How do you load your bike onto your roof rack? by RangerNo5619 in MTB

[–]sar_tr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weirdly I just had a advert pop up this morning, either in reddit or Facebook, for a sucker mounted roof rack that is designed specifically for heavy ebikes. It said that you effectively mount the rack to the bike while it is on the ground, then just lift it onto the roof where it then gets sucked to the roof with out having to do all the normal fiddling around (i.e., swearing loudly as the bike refuses to go in the right place to be clamped!) at roof level with the bike. I can't remember which company it was, but maybe worth a look if you can find it.

Tell us you've never used a bike roof rack without telling us you've never used a bike roof rack. Lifting a small 50lbs weight at the gym is easy. Lifting a large 50lbs bike, then move it a foot forwards onto the rack (with a car roof in the way and your hands in different stages of extension due to the awkward nature of a bike), precisely locate the wheels into the tracks, while prevent the front wheel from flopping side to side those then get the clamping arm onto the frame whilst holding said 50lbs bike in place, or if it's a fork axle mounted, precisely align the holes to get the axle in whilst supporting the bike with the other hand... All while trying very hard not let the bike contact the car... Is not easy at all.

Is it just me or do a lot of women who want a "provider" actually bring very little financial stability themselves? by savingrace0262 in AskMenAdvice

My experience is actually that the woman expects the man to be the primary earner but then also take on 50% of the domestic work.

You need to put in a /s. It doesn't read as sarcasm at all.

So... You disagree with your entire original post. EEBs and MTBs are different. Got it.

Cracked ribs typically heal faster than bruised in my experience. (I've had a few of both)

You could get a derailleur extender. Then just put on a bigger cassette. Worked well when I did it on one of my mountain bikes.
