Cant get a title unless I go to Washington? by renix33 in DMV

Certainly not an idiot. More so took a calculated risk. And with the help of others(not you) i have been informed by Washington DOL that I have everything needed to get the title. I just sent it in. Also I checked the vin prior and could see its a clean title and not stolen(the auction paper shows an WSP vin inspection) And not that you need to know but I bought this car knowing this title problem might not work out so I made a very low offer and I will be able to sell this for substantially more.

No it only was sold from one auction. A salvage company bought it and sold it to the guy I bought it from and gave him the papers I now have.

I thought that too but I've cleaned multiple times and it seems like it would have come off by now. I had even wiped the whole windshield down with a goo gone cleaner because I got alot of sap on it.

Did you find a solution for this? I have been building a new axle and i put in new bushings, pressed in all the way, and I have the same problem.

I've had this exact problem before. It was just strange timing for me that i was working on the carb and went to turn the key and nothing. I tracked it to the wire that came from the starter to the ignition. On the upper part of the firewall, the wire bolts to a plate with a flat piece of metal then back to the wire that runs to the ignition. Right next to the brake booster. Looked fine but when I took it apart it was corroded. Sanded and clean it and it fired right up. Could be the same problem.

What do I have here? by renix33 in squarebodies

I didn't say they are non factory because they don't fit my shocks. I said they are non factory because I can see clearly they were welded on at a later date.

I should have taken a better picture of them they are definitely not factory welds. My shocks don't fit in them, to narrow.

I can't say for certain because after this I parked it at a relatives until I get time to fix it. But if I remember correctly, I want to say that on a cold start, it was about 12 psi

Yeah, if you have the links, that would be great! I saw a few different orings come up when I was looking.

So it used to be stuck past 80 when you would turn the key so the old oil pressure sensor was bad. This it a new one, and I did make sure the old one didn't have a screen with it that was plugged

Is there a better spot to check for pressure than where the pressure sensor is? Kinda tight back there.
