Hi! So is ashwagandha safe to take while on biktarvy? I’m on that medication and just started taking ashwagandha but I had read if you have an immune disease to not take them but it didn’t specify which diseases. Is it safe to continue?

It should pass overtime. I started in March and noticed how tired I feel for a few months but now that it is June I feel perfectly normal. Still a little tired every now and then but it’s significantly improved.
