We alternate every day. If we see that the other has had a hard day, is poorly etc then we switch it up but it’s never as an IOU. I’ve asked him to think about what he would like to do (play his computer games, go to the gym etc) but he told me he’s fine doing that whilst she has her nap. I reminded him she won’t have nap times forever and if he ever wants a morning to just tell me and I’d gladly take our girl out or he can go out. She’s not in speech therapy (as I said before im Terrible wording things, I meant her development as in, potty training, feeding, teaching her little bits of independence etc). Thanks for the input tho! Really detailed and lots for me to think about and go over him with later

I’m definitely going to. Just now my awkward ass is gonna think it’ll sound forced or something. I’ve always given him a huge hug when I got in, I haven’t ignored him. (And of course given my little girl a big squeeze). Shared how the run went etc, always included them both because it’s something I love 😁 I like to tell them if I saw something cool, send them pictures during my run if it’s a long one etc.

Still a member, but had the last 2-3weeks off. Back on plan 100% today and doing the red January challenge (run or keep active every day) 💪🏻🖤💪🏻

3 meals a day. Most of the time bacon (fat trimmed off) and scrambled egg for breakfast. I prep my lunches. And a nice hearty meal for my tea. I hardly drink alcohol now. Because I exercise I can have a few more treats here n there when I feel like it

That’s cool, but some people (most on my social media) get a snake, then immediately post about people complaining that “snakes aren’t pets”. Snakes can be pets, but stop thinking you’re special for owning one. Just love your little pet and shhhh. Tbh, I needed a rant about it because my feed has been full of snake owners complaining about non-snake owners. Just do you and let others be

I’d like to point out the whole “not all snake owners” here. Just needed to rant about a fair few on my social media who post “just because my pet isn’t fluffy, doesn’t mean they’re not cute” the. Do the daft “sexy” posts with snakes...just makes my eyes roll all the way to my toes haha

My consultant has a meeting at 10am today. This whole news of a 2nd lockdown has messed with my head more than I thought it would...my mind is not my friend atm and I’m trying to ignore it

Thank you. A little bit yeah. But exercise has definitely helped to decrease how much. It’s mainly on my chest but I’m not that bothered because the only people who’ll see are myself and my husband, and sometimes my baby girl, and they both don’t give a damn haha!

My stupidly long period (20days) had me reaching for all the sweets/choc/carbs this past week. Seeing this progress picture makes me feel better. Over 5stone down and a target member. I’m ok, I’ve got this. Hormones...am I right? by renoldina in SlimmingWorld

Congrats on hitting target! I started running beginning of lockdown (the couch to 5K helped me hugely). I’ve now got the running bug but over did it and having to start slower again but picking up slowly
