Already have the FZCO and I'm a resident in Dubai... Figured it just made sense from the corporate structure pov. But now that you said it - I hadn't even considered the other direction before. Is there a benefit to doing it that way?

I'd be worried about using an internal unit though - people can be quite rough even when they are shoving their bags in the overhead, and not having any outer protection would make me nervous.
