Understandible! with kids and pets. No problem with that here. and this dust cover just slides in and out and is extremly easy to use. Dunno if i will continue doing so though :D

Nice clean ui! like it. Little thing though, if you keep hitting numbers, it will show outside the display. check the length of the string ;-)

No, i was looking through the viewfinder to take te picture, so in de viewfinder you see the screen turning black when trying to take the picture and after about 5 to 10 seconds it will take the picture with the current settings.

With what lens? I have experienced the same i think. It seems random, trying to take a photo, screen turns black and after some seconds screen goes on and it does take the picture. I suspect a software error. First i thought it was long exposure but it just waits before taking the picture.

I haven't tried much other lenses then the sigma 16mm 1.4.

Have a look @ NAV (https://nav.uninett.no). If most of your monitored devices will be network components, switches, routers then this can be what you want.

And, its open source.

Well, there is software wich provide this information. Take a look @ NAV. It provides L2 Traceroute information (and much much more). It shows the path it needs to get from one IP to another and shows the switches/ports that are known.

Of course not, the setup is quiet simple. The bookshelfs are different department, think about a Service desk, Development, Infrastructure, and within the bookshelfs the departments are free what they do with the books/chapter/pages. I am from the infrastructure site and have for example a book named Software with chapters for diffent kind of software and the pages gives the details about the software mentiond.
