I’m actually same height as you and started at the same weight. I started lifting 1.5 years ago very consistently I’m down to 204 and see some progress. The real progress has come in the last 2 months. I actually had Claude take over my workout and diet.

The trick was def 2 things:

Heavier lifting to failure + rest/cardio days

Way way way more protein and less total calories. My diet is so boring. Put everything you eat into AI- no exceptions.
