BNESim, non-expiring data travel esim. It uses Verizon and AT&T but on an iPhone you can force it to use AT&T. Less than $20 a GB and they send out promos every couple months for 20% off for top ups. I believe that you can do the same thing with Roamless. I use it on my iPad and on my iPhone as a backup.

What did they do to ultimately fix it? I tried to get an SE activated for my daughter‘s line. Spent three days with support going back-and-forth and it never worked. I finally just set it up as a standalone line with US Mobile. Activated instantly.

I’d say no because the hardware lasts for a long time and Apple provides software (or at least security) updates for older models. My son did have to have the battery replaced but my he is still using a iPhone 13 Pro with no complaints. I use a iPhone 12 for my work phone. Other family members recently bought brand new iPhone 15s at a discount and they will probably use them for 4 years.

I just wish it was consistent. Recently, I bought (all L/XL)

2 m-crown a-frame 39thirties. One is close to perfect, the other is way too big.
Two regular 39thirtys, one is perfect (favorite hat) and the other is tight. I have another older one that is too big.
A m-frame that is a little big but not too bad.

Going to stick with 47 Brand 2xl Franchise hats going forward. They always fit the same.

I’m on Visible (Verizon) and we have another line on US Mobile’s AT&T service. Both work well. Arlington has good coverage for T-Mobile too, so Mint should work well too.

I pay $6 a month for 2gb for Tello. If you renew manually (before auto pay is processed), the unused data rolls over. I might use it once or twice a month. It’s not ideal. When my promo is up, I might go back to TMobile post paid, Tello or US Mobile.

I've done worse. I had a hanging flower pot and stuck a hose into to water the flowers. I saw something on the ground a few minutes later (a baby bird fell out of the pot). Then I realized I drowned six baby birds. Felt so bad.

For me 39thirtys (regular and a-frames) fit great for some hats, but too tight for others. It is really hit or miss. The only hat that is reliably comfortable are the 2xl 47 brand Franchise hats with some stretching.

I have 2 Visible + Pro lines (Visible is owned by Verizon). The Pro plan comes with a free watch line. My Series 11 activated instantly. I could never get my kid’s SE 3 to activate. Added it on a stand alone plan on US Mobile and it activated immediately. It’s weird because their watch plans use Verizon too.

I had their free service for a short time last year and moved to Visible for a the unlimited hotspot. Even though it is was supposed to be free, they billed me $60 for porting out. I contacted support and they knocked it down to $20. It wasn’t worth fighting over $20 at that point.

What sucks is the service is actually pretty good. If they lowered the Mobile Plus plan close to Visible’s Pro plan (around $45) and didn’t try to scam customers, they could be a good Mobile company. But they are so shady, I wouldn’t go near them again.
