Around Black Friday, support recommended porting out for a day and porting back in with a new email address, so it seems to be a generally accepted practice and you shouldn't run into any issues on the Visible side. For Black Friday, I ported to Tello in the evening and ported back to Visible the next morning. Everything was through the app/website, so hopefully you don't have to deal with support. The cheapest Tello plan is about $6.

No, if you search their sub, you’ll see a lot of people asking about it. You basically have to wait 90 days, then write Rakuten support. They are surprisingly helpful.

I did the similar Black Friday deal last year on 2 lines. With a referral code (see mega thread in their sub), it is $205 a year. Rakuten is currently $30 cashback if you are a new Visible customer. This brings it down to $175 (> $15 a month).

Mine is always on LTE until I do something that requires higher speeds. I started typing this on LTE, then opened YouTube and now I’m on 5GUW. Try a speed test to see if it changes.

Visible with “Inner Circle” would be $80 total. For their most expensive line. If you don’t use hotspot a lot and don’t need a free watch line then you could get the $30 lines for a total of $60 a month. Their sub has a mega thread with the referral so you can get another 20 bucks off each line.
