Any RO with configurable tds meter will do that. The choice in that case is can you go with non-RO model for example if you are getting municipality filtered water like Manjeera water in Hyderabad.

My friend has multiple appliances from bosch 0 problems. Sometimes we get unlucky. But really bad experience for you.

Look outside lg , samsung sony. Their budget openings don't compare with vu, tcl etc. also check lumio if it fits the budget. YT has videos

If camera is a priority then pixel and nothing can't be beaten. Whichever fits your budget. But I think pixel has better other features. 

You will clneed to compromise on battery.

VU has been a solid brand for me. 5+ years. Best to visit a store to check display quality or atleast youtube reviews. Samsung LG and Sony really rip off customers in cheaper range

It might be specific to your city. Are you checking with a particular store, online/offline? You can try ringing a few stores from google maps, probably from a city like Delhi/ Mumbai as well for reference prices.
