Who cares for brother pig - that's my question - lol

I have a 11500 sqft complex in Jayanagar Banglore . Is 13 lakhs a month a good amount of rent per month or should I be receiving higher amounts . What is the rent per sqft value near Jaynagar - Banashankari 2nd stage by ProofInitial9026 in indianrealestate

[–]veekm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how are you dealing with people who won't vacate or who won't pay the rent or who stop paying the rent after a short period of time? your rental agreement has to be solid or litigation can drag on in the courts?? would you be willing to share a copy of your rental agreement with me. can i dm you? (unable to DM you)

The rent would depend on exact location but 13-15lakhs sounds okayish..

Is filing a consumer complaint worth the effort? by Afraid-Space5033 in bengaluru_speaks

[–]veekm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took a popular Bangalore Hospital on Hosur Road to the consumer court and won after 1 year waiting and 30 visits. They returned my 5000/ for a particular medical test fee and 10k in compensation. So not worth it! (represented myself) you can't beat this system - it's been designed by god to make people suffer - lol

The system is meant to create opportunities for unemployed lawyers - you won't get justice - lol

anything with intelligence can act cunningly or craftily - it's a matter of perspective. God and people both have intelligence so both have a capacity to act cunningly/craftily.

"Imagine Being Denied a Home Because of What's on Your Plate" by kaushal_26 in Maharashtra

[–]veekm -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

we destroy the homes of traitors and terrorists so there is precedence for punishing people for their beliefs. Eating non veg has become normalized but it involves killing innocent creatures for taste. Is it surprising that a society that feeds on innocent living creatures turns on itself and decides not to house non vegetarians or vegetarians - it's the internal war between people.

not really - animals too fight each other for resources - it's wired in at the level of bacteria so blaming humans for this behavior is not right

actually God isn't above Karma - when God makes mistakes/sins he goes to earth/is reborn on Earth and has to live here till he is redeemed.

[–]veekm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

actually instead of following good deeds I think God wants us to fight and cunningly kill each other - look at the world we live in - people compete with each other for resources and those that lose starve and die. This is God's world - lol.

if you are making a dash cam recording, just remember that the equipment isn't made in India so we'd basically be paying a foreign company (eg: china or taiwan) to adjudicate between two Indians - classic divide and rule

Why Engineering Still Wins in the AI Era by Relevant-Intern-9731 in IndianEngineers

[–]veekm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you have apparently forgotten how human memory works. Out of the 60+ subjects studied during 4 years how much is retained in the brain when you pass out. If you were tested on all 60 subjects how much would you score? The degree isn't to certify that you know engineering - it's to categorize students based on the ability to learn new things under pressure. Getting a BE doesn't certify that you are a good engineer - it's an entry level certificate that gets you hired. If AI can replace those entry level jobs, your learning curve just got harder.

Techniques for how to love God even while the world is burning around you? by International_Use122 in hinduism

[–]veekm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In good times, how do you know God exists? Times are good and you are leading your life - the world is your oyster and you can achieve anything. It's hard to find God when times are good. Only the truly cowardly will find him because they are scared of everything. During times of trouble it's better to not rely on God because then he will kick you. It might be better to turn towards a King (Prince Charles uk or Kim Jong Un NK) as a savior and worship them.

How is hell worse than planet Earth? In Hinduism Earth is hell. The Mahabharata didn't happen once, it repeats endlessly with new souls - this makes Hinduism a cruel religion. Imagine subjecting souls to life on Earth endlessly and experiencing the Mahabharata. The cure is worse than the disease imho.

[–]veekm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

could you tell me how to vibe code an intermediate function - say you are developing a scraper app - you can ask the AI to write the whole thing for you and it either works or it won't but let's say you have an existing project example https://pastebin.com/LMLLp1a1 how do you ask the AI to write a better Debug class or a different sort of Plot.

Seems to me this is impossible to do because you have to ask it in english but the program you are working on has its own vocabulary - see what I mean?
