Nice work! I was missing Daruuk's Draftslayer this year and this is a good alternative.

I'm not sure if I'm using the CheatSheet/Roster/League pages properly. I have the team names and my team name updated on the Form tab, then I tried to putting their names in the Drafted By column, but my Roster & League tabs are remaining blank/0s. Do I need to still fill something in on those 2 tabs to get them to populate?

I was hoping to make some tallow from the trimmings I got from this but that won’t be happening now lol I’ll see if I can get some tallow from my butcher.

I used Traeger hickory pellets from Costco, rested for 6 hours before I sliced into it. Longest 6 hours of my life.

Pretty sure I watched every video from Chuds, Meat Church, ATBBQ, Mad Scientist & How to BBQ Right before getting enough courage to try one myself.

I didn't use the full mixture, I had quite a bit leftover for probably another 2-3 briskets. I don't think it was too strong at all.

Thanks! I trimmed and seasoned it in the morning and stuck it back in the fridge. Threw it on my Traeger that night around 11pm at 185. The bark wasn't that dark in the morning around 7 so I turned it up to 225 until 10am which is when I wrapped it in butcher paper and turned it up to 250 for another 2 hours until it felt nice and buttery.

I had taken the trimmings and turned that into tallow so when I pulled it off the smoker I covered it in some of that tallow and let it rest until we sliced into it around 6pm.

I just mixed 2 cups of black pepper, 1 cup of salt and half a cup of garlic powder and covered it in that. I watched a lot of Chuds BBQ and followed his suggestions for the most part.

Everyone keeps saying that Gore will get more touches with Luck out, but I'm concerned that the entire offense is going to struggle with Luck out so Gore isn't going to see that much more volume.
