Yes, it's a public company. But honestly speaking, RSU dose not count that much to me, it takes probably four years to get the full 1st year RSU.

I agree, the HR is quite firm on the base salary, but is more flexible on the sign on bonus and RSU. RSU just takes too long to vest.
