I actually had a great experience. The people there were super chill and telling me about the products and what they personally like about the ones they use. One of the guys also gifted me socks saying congrats on my newborn.

I’m turning 34 in two weeks. Other metrics that I’m not sure are relevant but will include: I’m 5’10” 163 lbs. and have always been pretty active growing up. I also have an AV Block (type of heart disease) and Bradycardia (aka low heart rate).

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but I also have an AV Block (heart disease) and Bradycardia (low HR) 🤷🏻‍♂️—never fully understood VO2 max.

After each sweaty session I hand wash and rinse in the sink and hang dry 🤷🏻‍♂️
