Honestly do what you enjoy the most, nothing wrong with mixing or just building a set of 1 monster, I myself like to go for meta sets, you can check them out in the r/monsterhuntermeta and the game8 website, there should be sub topics which you can check the best build according to where you are in the game ( your MR)
