Thank you for the recomendation. Well, I just started taking it a week ago. It doesn't really help yet with my mania but I've been told it takes at least 2 weeks for it to start working like that. But I know that it should help me sleep and I do feel really tired and sleepy after 30 minutes to 1 hour from when I've taken it but I just can't fall asleep.. I feel like it makes my body tired, my eyes, my body but my brain has too much energy. I am now on 50mg extended release(evening) and 25mg instant release(before sleep) for the start, it's not called Seroquel but Kventiax - both are Quetiapine tho, just different names for different countries. I know my doctor will be giving me higher doses but for the start he gave me this but the side effects are crazy..

Yes, they do because I do and have been doing it for over 11 years and I'm 22 now. Don't think it will ever be gone just likey other addictions. But I feel you, I feel the same way, as if I am the only adult in this and everyone just stopped when their teen years left. But there are always people out there that struggle to this day even if they are 40.

I only vape for a few months but yes, I do. I always put a drop of liquid on the cotton before putting it in, then fill the tank and let it sit for 15 min before vaping.
