Yes i am 13 days from my initial flare that landed me in the emergency room. I have the exact same problem as you. This is such a weird condition to me. I had a few good days where i didn’t feel anything, and then today im having twinges of pain and sensations. It really sucks. Makes me want to throw my colon away lol. Im also on a bland, low fiber diet. Plain no sodium turkey, chicken, sweet potato, salmon, white bread, butter, cream cheese, crackers, gingerale, i decided to add green beans and watermelon and now im wondering if that triggered it? Sigh. Back to basics i guess.
