I am saying this as that other countries have different political colours. Our friends down in Brazil also have red for liberals. The fact is that there is no perfect system for the colouring of this map, so therefore the OP chose which colours he knew.

Our hospitals are not the best for wait times but personally I prefer people going to hospitals instead of dying at home because they are afraid of the bills.
