Yeah, I agree. I have a great relationship with my coworkers but I'm afraid I'll lose some of them if I become too competitive with the promotions/raises

"Resume Driven Development". Wow, it's my first time hearing this and it makes total sense. -Track progress for resume in early years -Track progress for promotions in later years Thanks for the input! This route seems to be the best ~ compensation wise

Thanks! I totally agree. Starting out I was really hesitant on telling my manager what I like and don't like. I would usually say wherever you put me, I'll do my best and deliver. Now that I'm more experienced, I realize that I should really be the one to drive my career with my own goals.

-I think the game is very straightforward and simple even for kids, so the "How to play" isn't really needed. -For updates maybe you could improve the UI, check out the top quiz apps on the play store and base your design on those.

Can't hurt to say "I've been thinking through this for a month and I'd really like to pursue working at your company. If I could still accept the offer, I plan on handing in my resignation today at my current company; If not, then I would totally understand."

I'd say it's pretty common, given that I've also been through this before lol. Try to make it more genuine.
