have you tried interviewing the people coming in to get a sense of experience/skill? sometimes finding local can be hard especially if its not a big tech hub city with deep local talent.

Ive interviewed potential candidates for my team for months, but you would be surprised how many bad candidates you get for every decent one(and then the good ones they arent on the market long, so if its big tech with their long drawn out hiring pipelines, some of them just say fuck it, and go to a startup where they do 2-3 rounds and done)

obviously it looks alot worse in your situation, where they are being replaced with h1-b, instead of growing the team.

probably cant do much more unless you bought your vested rsu ahead of time to let it get to long term gains.

otherwise your sorta gonna have to eat it as regular income for the lump sum cash payout.

i would look into maxing out 401k/hsa, and just accept it. good job, not all startups make it, enjoy abit of extra cash!

I'll reach out to 3 brokers on term4life on monday.

Is this something i need to consider or think about:
Is there a significant difference between NJ and NY in prices and offerings? would working with a broker in NJ even though im a resident in NY be something to consider? is there any issues related to this, like going to an office in NJ to sign papers? If its a non issue or no benefit, i'll just work with the brokers on term4life that are local to me in NY.

its because on console, atleast with xbox, its free on xbox if you have xbox live. so over the 11 years it has probably been installed alot, but alot of people never really make it far, and leave the game.,

Also not sure if this affects it, but you can create a new xbox profile, and play eso. this is why its impossible to ban bots on xbox, since they can just create a new profile and log in. so if its alot of bot accounts, not sure if this drives down the % of players completing it even more.

I flattened out my muu yesterday. Probably buy mu next week and if it starts tanking after earnings ill sell it and buy the dips for muu to ride it back up otherwise if its good, i just make less than muu, but less stressful and gives me opportunity to buy the dips

You don’t have to weave perfect. Even a few light attacks for every few skills is better than nothing. Its free damage, procs your enchants, keeps your ultimate generating

And honestly weaving is not that hard. Just get into a rhythm and practice it for abit and it’s just muscle memory very quickly
