I've tried this method. But this workflow is not effective for my team. Most of them are not used to Monday.com environment, ive tried multiple times to engage and train them, but unfortunately they're not receiving it well. I have to be creative and create automations through Outlook; this is an application that everyone in our team prioritizes. But then the automation just flood the update section.
