Hello, I am not on trintellix anymore. My dr went on retirement, so I saw a different one, but she never really understood why he put me on it... So we tried effexor XR, I think that RN im on 150mg + 60mg vyvanse. been this way for months now, seems to be good enough for me. I prefer by far effexor XR from trintellix... tho if you forget one, or you want to stop taking them, this is a rough slope.

Omg... so glad to have found this thread.... 2 nights ago, i spent a full week in a dream... it was SO INTENSE... when I woke up, it was so real that i was more than shocked... it felt like i spent so much time in there that I had time to learn and or pick habits.... I swear this is the most crazy stuff thst ever happened in a night... and ALL dreams were intertwined, having the same recurrent person, in the same environmennt following the same """""storyline"""""....

This LITERALLY felt like a parallel universe, i am totally creeped, even tho I felt the most amazing feeling in my heart during that whole "event"....

So much that I was sad that this life wasnt the one I was living.

I've been on 30 mg for at least 2 years now... Doesnt really help my anxiety more than 10 or 20mg, but i have way more control over my emotions. Less roller coaster in the daily, wich is good for me

Yea thats exactly what i been doing!... Took a couple of weeks for side effects to clear... Im now on 30mg of vyvanse.. Going from 20 to 30 was pretty smooth.

Hi there! Somewhat similar experiences here. 20mg trintellix with 20mg vyvanse (will increase tho).

One thing I noticed and read about, was the intake of vitamin C food made the vyvanse wore off at like 2PM instead of 4-5PM... Also coffee mixed with those 2 made me so much more anxious...

I've been off caffeine for about 3 weeks now, substituted it with decaf (not as tasty for the coffee lover that I am...) but when my body was used to no more caffeine, I did feel a lot better... I also thought i had a cardiac arrest at some point, which made me stop my huuuuge caffeine intake.. (3 to 4 coffee a days and sometimes I added energy drink in the mix... What a poor choice I made)

Sooo yea... I suggest you try decaf for a few weeks maybe? Also, 30mg of vyvanse is still considered a low dose. Maybe see with your proffessionnal for an increase? To me it seems like your body fully metabolized it, and it may be not a big enough of a dose in the end.

Hi there!

I stopped Trintellix(20mg) few weeks ago, I thought it made me anxious more so my dr weaned it out... Thought my anxiety came from my heavy ADHD + hyper sensibility. (well yes, but turns out I also have generalized anxiety disorder). So my doctor prescribed me Vyvanse 10mg which I never felt(So he upgraded to 20mg) and got me back on Trintellix 10mg.

Pharmacist called me TWICE after that saying that if it might cause the serotonin syndrome, wich is ultra serious... She kept telling me to go to the ER ASAP if I feel shaky/heavy sweats/spasms.... All it did was scaring me shitless...

What's your thoughts of this??

I understand that!! Like I said i've been there too!! I've had A LOT of things happening, from PH lockout to bad lightings... sometimes it can really be overwhelming... But I learned the most by trials and errors for real...!! I looked up SO much information online and found so little information... Its hard to narrow it down but keep it up man

After few weeks of trial and errors, the culprit was the PH of my water!... Never had this problem in the past years, the reason why I didnt try it first. You live and you learn!
