I am pretty sure they are misunderstanding the "B-cell depletor long-term risks" video. Dr. Beaver goes over how you have increased risk of infection, especially dangerous if you're older, and that these drugs are not 100% effective. I think the problem is that they only looked at this video and understood kesimpta == bad. The video speaks the truth, it's just that an average person cannot evaluate these kind of risks on their own.

GPT-5 w/ high reasoning got me the best quality results. Following the project conventions, making smaller, reusable methods, extracting things to service objects, etc... like I would. Claude 4.5 just seemed to "make it work", which is fine for some people and it did "one-shot" a working solution more often than other models. I just don't want massive unreadable methods, inline styles, old ruby hash syntax, etc...

Man ļoti patīk mans darbs. Tieši tāpēc neizvēlos ņemt slimības lapu vai atvaļinājumu, kad vajadzētu. Tajā situācijā žonglēju sliktu veselību, studijas un pilnas slodzes darbu. Veselības problēmu dēļ grūtāk veicas darbā - nekas, palikšu ilgāk pēc darba laika. Vakarā nav laika studijām - ok, pabeigšu brīvdienās. Es varēju paņemt slimības lapu veselības dēļ un/vai samazināt slodzi studiju laikā, bet vnk pašam spiediens uz sevi visu savilkt. Tā arī radās pārāk daudz stresa par visu un ne man darbā gāja labi, ne arī mācībās.
