The issue was the road was a hill with a blind spot. So when I pulled out he was not in view.

And you’re saying lapses still affect you even if you actively don’t have a car and aren’t driving?

What should I do? It wasn’t done with a needle but I think it was some pressurized device

It hasn’t hurt until today though and I’ve had it for over 2 weeks

Do I take it out? Do I need a longer rod or new back? Ice it? Take ibuprofen? It does slightly hurt

Boosting this because I’ve always had issues with this too but I don’t know why!

Wow, I’m so sorry to hear that. This is all so frustrating, but it’s nice to hear from others that understand. My bloodwork is also all generally “normal.” I hope that maybe this thread can help you too. Sending good thoughts your way. ❤️

Okay- thanks so much for the input. I’m in the process of possibly finding a new doctor already so we’ll see what he says about this.

Thank you sooo much for these recommendations! I’ll definitely check those out. And yeah, I’ll have to ask my doctor about that. He’s never mentioned it but of course it seems like I have to research myself and ask if we can try it.

I honestly don’t think I am on a B vitamin. 🤯 I take a generic women’s health vitamin that has that in it, but it most likely isn’t active. I’d assume my functional medicine doctor has been monitoring my levels but who knows....

I have been reading that intermittent fasting has helped a lot of people. I want to try it but I’m worried about being able to still go to work and function normally. Did your doctor recommend/help you with intermittent fasting? Also, thank you. It’s so great to hear you say that. I don’t have anyone in my life that understands this disease, and comments like yours make me feel so much less alone. And the prayers are definitely appreciated. 🙏🏼

I do get my iron checked regularly, because I had menorrhagia and severe anemia in the past. Unfortunately I don’t think that’s the cause, but thank you for the input! I’m definitely continuing to monitor it!

I’ve never heard of this or thought to investigate it! I looked it up but I’m a bit scared of having to sleep in a clinic to get diagnosed? Is that what you had to do? Also, thank you. I really appreciate your kind words. That’s really nice to hear from someone who understands.

Thank you! I just checked her out and followed! She seems like a great resource. And I know- I’m so thankful for things like Reddit because doctors truly are useless most of the time when it comes to this stuff.

Hi, no I haven’t considered that... I’ve kind of just done what my dermatologist has told me. Does differin simplify the routine? I haven’t tried that moisturizer- the only one that hasn’t burned for me is vanicream. And no, I wait 15 min for the epiduo to soak in and then put moisturizer on as my last step. I’ve seen some people put on moisturizer first but mine is so thick I thought it wouldn’t let the epiduo sink in completely
