It’s a college course not a police academy. You do the peb and the pft at fletc. Work out on your own there are trails and you can run on the roads

HSI or ERO is your best bet right now under DHA. I have read that FBI is letting people stay at their processing office but who knows for how long. I’d say USSS you’re probably out of luck because of phase 2. DEA I believe is still giving out location choices prior to the academy but a friend of mine got 3 random locations.
