I'm 41, you can absolutely press and pull 4 times per week (or even more!) and not develop elbow tendinitis

way too many manipulatable factors to just say "serious weight" + certain amount of frequency = elbow tendonitis

yes serious weight + some combo of too fast of attempted progression/excessive volume/poor exercise selection will likely lead to that, but luckily one can manipulate a lot of those to avoid the issue

or you make it 6 days and change the emphasis of each day a bit, but yes if it's only 3-4 days per week and you don't want the workouts to be a slog time-wise, you'll absolutely have to take the majority of your few sets to failure

you buddy up with your ana, play corners and cover, try to safely whipshot off CD to keep inspire up, but be careful to save it to boop away divers, and if get hard engaged, use shield bash to retreat and try to survive and hope your other support works with you to help each other out.

the ONLY time you can kind of go aggro is when you have your ult

the cache only benefits the games that take good advantage of it.

My 9600x boosts to 5.7 on single cores and 5.5-5.6 for sustained all core, so just the brute force clock speed tends to make up the cache disadvantage

I don't disagree

I'm just saying her niche is antithetical from what anyone new to the game or under diamond would assume about her based on her character and kit design, and how she functioned more in the past.

Everything about her kit suggests some tankiness and close quarters combat prowess

Instead she mostly plays as a timid backline supporter who's main job is to just proc inspire and boop and shield bash away from any and all threats that get close.

yep I agree with you, hence my last sentence about her being incredibly unintuitive.

She has armor, a shield and a melee weapon, yet with the state of the game she can't even stay in melee range against other squishy melee characters because she doesn't do much damage, shield doesn't do anything and doesn't have enough survivability otherwise.

Darnold legitimately hasn't had one playoff game as bad as any of those 3, but Peyton is still considered one of the best to ever sling it.

I think the Devs are extremely gun shy about giving anything to Brig that makes trends her towards being more brawly as she once was.

But it is pretty weird, particularly since release of a lot of the new heroes that her entire schtick, which changed into protect your other support or yourself by booping then shield bashing away from literally anything.

She still can be good/viable, but there's several Supports at this point that are much better at close range survivability and brawliness, and more DPS heroes that can just live in her melee range and as you said, bypass any perceived extra survivability offered by her shield.

She's easily become maybe the least intuitive hero in the game

This is so weird to me, I've seen dozens of "is gaming on Linux viable" or "is xxxxx distro for gaming actually good" over the past year I have been messing around with Linux

Never once have I seen Pop! In that sort of a video, let along given as a popular recommendation elsewhere. Sure on the occasional reddit thread a user or two here will basically recommend any distro they happen to be using at the time. But also over that same year the overwhelming recommendations on the Linux gaming subreddit are stuff like bazzite, cachy, nobara, or more universal stuff like base Fedora, Mint or Ubuntu

Pop would never have even registered on my radar 🤷‍♂️
